Microsilver – First aid for irritated skin
Microsilver has long been used to soothe irritated skin. Microsilver is truly multitalented: it is applied like an antimicrobial, protective film over stressed areas of skin and can thus help to prevent inflammations and alleviate itchiness.
Microsilver is a special form of pure silver and has an increased surface area. Its antimicrobial profile is similar to that of nanosilver. This highly porous silver has a particle size of around 10 µm. On account of their size, these silver particles are not skin-permeable and are therefore ideal for application onto individual areas of skin.
